Printing

Once I finish printing documents, the website closes or goes away. 

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools menu in the upper-left corner of your screen.
  3. Select Internet Options & Advanced.
  4. Make sure that Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts is NOT checked.
  5. Press OK, and then restart Internet Explorer.

I am trying to print documents from the web site. Nothing seems to happen, or I get a blank page, or 'garbage' characters print out

There are several likely causes.  Note that in each of the following solutions, the exact steps may vary depending on exactly what software is installed on your computer.
  • Make sure you are using Internet Explorer(Internet Explorer is preferred).
  • Make sure you have the latest Windows Updates.
    1. Print this page first, or write down these steps.
    2. Go to www.WindowsUpdate.com and select the Scan Now option.
    3. Install all possible updates.
    4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you are told there are no more available updates.  Note that you may have to restart the computer multiple times during this process.
    5. Try printing again.
  • Your internet cache may need to be emptied.
    1. Print this page first, or write down these steps.
    2. Click on the Tools menu at the top of Internet Explorer.
    3. Click Internet Options.
    4. Click the Delete Files button.
    5. Check the Delete all offline content box and click OK.  Your mouse will turn into an hourglass while the files are being deleted, which could take up to 10 minutes on some systems. 
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. Try printing again.
  • You may need to install or reinstall Adobe Reader.
    1. Uninstall any existing Adobe Reader versions on your computer (Start menu > Control Panel or Settings > Add/Remove Programs > Adobe Reader > Remove or Uninstall.  If Adobe Reader is not installed on your system, just skip this step.
    2. Go to https://get.adobe.com/reader/ to  download and install Adobe Reader.
    3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
    4. Try printing again.
  • You may need to disable your popup blocker.
    1. Print this page first, or write down these steps.
    2. Open Internet Explorer.
    3. Click on the Tools menu > Internet Options and go to the Security tab. 
    4. Click the Default Level button (if possible).
    5. Click the Trusted Sites icon and the Sites button.
    6. Uncheck the box Requiring server verification.
    7. Under Add this Web Site to this zone, type the following: *.appone.net
    8. Click the Add button.
    9. Click OK twice.
    10. Restart Internet Explorer.
    11. Try printing again.
  • You may be running Norton Internet Security or a popup blocker or other security related software.  Disable these products temporarily, or uninstall them entirely (often necessary for Norton products).  Restart your computer and try printing again.

  2. Review the lender information.
  3. Click the Print Selected Forms button to open a PDF with all the forms.
  4. Print the forms as applicable.
  5. Close the PDF file after completion.

How do I print documents for a cash deal?

To print documents for a cash deal, create a document set without submitting the document to the lenders:
  1. On the lender selection page, check the Select Lender box corresponding to the lender you want to create a callback for.
  2. Click the Manual Print button.  
  3. Click the YES, I want to create a manual print button.
  4. When the lender approves the deal, change the status of the deal to Approved.

How do I print documents for a BHPH deal?

Print documents after selecting a Manual Print, filling in the callback information, and optionally, updating structure information:
  1. In the Forms tab, Dealer Forms section, select a forms batch.
  2. Edit the forms batch as necessary
  3. Click the Print Selected Forms button.
