The status of your deal will be listed on the far right of the screen. If you have any questions regarding the status of your deal, please contact the RMS Auto Dealer Portal Hotline, 877-277-6631, option 3.
Please fax missing stips to (regions number) that is listed on your missing stip fax notification or upload them using the E-Files tab. Documents that require a signature should be sent overnight to:

You will receive your funds via direct deposit to the account that was provided to AppOne by your dealership. Please see below if you need to change your account information.

Click Authorization Letter for Direct Deposits to download and print the ACH change request form. This form must be signed by owner and faxed to 225-612-6902 along with a copy of a voided check. You can verify the current account information on file by contacting the Funding Department.
Reserve will be issued via ACH only during the last week of the month following the month the deal was funded. For example, if your deal was funded in February, your reserves will be deposited during the last week of March.
