A Dealer Prep Fee field appears on the Structure tab for marine, powersports, RV, and trailer collateral in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida. When you enter a Dealer Prep Fee on the Structure tab, it will appear on the contract.
Include the Dealer Prep Fee in your cash selling price if you don't see a field in the Structure tab.
