Is AppOne a lender?
No. AppOne is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. AppOne is an online platform that connects independent used car dealers with lending sources.
How do I check the status of a deal I have already submitted?
- Select Home on the menu bar.
- Select the underlined ID number for the deal to open it.
- Check the Decision status.
What do I do when I get an approval?
- Log on to your https://gateway.appone.net/dealer/ home page.
- Click on the deal number. This will bring you to the decision page where you can compare lender callbacks.
- Click the gray Select/Print button below the lender of your choice.
- A confirmation dialog opens asking if you want to verify the deal structure. If you click Yes, AppOne returns you to the Structure tab to complete the deal structure to make sure that taxes and fees are correct and to select back-end products.
- Go to the Forms tab to print documents
Who can I speak with about a decision on my deal?
- For AppOne RMS lenders, contact a Dealer Accounts team member.
- For all other lenders, contact your lender directly with questions about the decision on your deal. Check the lender callback to see if the underwriter included information about the decision.
How do I locate a deal that I do not see on my screen?
To find a particular deal by last name or application number:
- Enter the information in the Find App field, located in the upper-right corner of your www.AppOne.net home page.
- Once you have entered your information, click Go on the right.
This will pull up all deals that have been submitted in the past year with that last name or application number
