What is RMS?

Risk Mitigation Services (RMS) is an AppOne  feature that makes use of AppOne’ established relationships with top lenders. RMS gives you access to top lenders and to services that ensure application and documentation compliance.  RMS is available for automobile dealers only.

How do I change my dealership name or address?

To change your dealership name or address, fill out the dealer addendum name/address change form. You can also contact SupportLine at 877-404-6788 to change the dealership name or address.

How do I change my dealership phone/fax info?

1. Select the Admin Console tab.
2. Click the Dealership Info link.
3. Make changes to the Phone and Fax fields.
4. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

I have opened a new dealership lot. How do I set the dealership up with AppOne?

To set the new dealership up with AppOne, you must open a new account.  Use the on-line application at https://www.appone.net/OnlineSignup/Signup to open the account.

For an RMS Auto Dealership, you can add a second dealership at no extra cost. On the ADMIN CONSOLE tab, click the Add New Location link. The system steps through the application process.

How do I set up an AppOne Subscription?

You can activate a trial subscription by clicking the Activate Free 30-Day Trial button. on the My Lenders page. After activating the 30-day trial, you will be able to add non-AppOne lenders and print documents for these lenders. After 30 days, the trial expires.

To subscribe after the trial expires, fill out the subscription form and fax it to the number on the form. Be sure to include your Lot ID #.

How do I cancel my services with AppOne?

For an RMS/Auto dealership, contact your account manager or BDM to cancel services. See Contact AppOne.

For a non-RMS dealership with an AppOne service or DocOne Web subscription, send an email to AppOne Customer Service at support@appone.net.
