Edit users

  1. Select Admin Console on the Menu bar.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. In the Username column, click the link corresponding to the user you want to edit.
  4. Update the user's information.
  5. Check the box to the right of the UserName field.
  6. Click the AutoGenerate button to generate a temporary password. The user will be prompted to reset the password when logging in.
  7. Check the box indicating that you are authorized to make changes to the dealership's account.
  8. Click the Update button.
  9. To designate the user as the primary contact for your dealership, select the corresponding Primary User button. Only one user can be designated as the primary contact.
