Create a BHPH deal

A BHPH deal is a financed deal where your dealership is the lienholder. Before creating a Buy Here/Pay Here (BHPH) deal:

Follow this workflow to create the deal.

  1. Start the deal from the Home tab.
  2. Complete applicant information.
  3. Enter collateral information for an automobile, marine, powersports, RV, and other collateral.
  4. Enter trade-in and deal structure information.
  5. In the Lenders tab, locate lender name you set up for your own business and press Create Manual Print. See Enter trade-in/deal structure information.
  6. Set the decision status to Approved and fill in the lender callback information.
  7. Print the forms.
