Add users

  1. Select Admin Console on the Menu bar.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Click the Add User button.
  4. Complete the user's information.
  5. Check the box to the right of the UserName field.
  6. Click the AutoGenerate button to generate a user name and temporary password.
  7. Check the box indicating that you are authorized to make changes to the dealership's account.
  8. Click the Add button.
  9. To designate the added user as the primary contact for your dealership, select the corresponding Primary User button. Only one user can be designated as the primary contact.
The system sends two AppOne User Credentials emails to the new user. The first email contains the new user name and a link to access AppOne. The second email contains the password for the new user. The system sends copies of the AppOne User Credentials emails to the admin user who set up the new user.
