- Select the Home tab.
- Select a tab (category).
- Click the underlined ID# link to open the deal.
Deals are listed in the following tabs:
- Problem Deals
- Active Deals
- Contracts in Transit
- Funded
- Pending Registration
- Decline/Dead
- Funded
You can identify a deal's status quickly by the color of the Lender column entry:
- Incomplete deals are blue.
- Approved deals are green.
- Conditioned deals are orange.
- Pending deals are gray.
- Declined deals are red.
