Package Management - Creating Custom Packages

The PACKAGE MANAGEMENT page allows you to create custom packages from existing base packages. click the desired account from the main page and select PACKAGE MANAGEMENT in the top navigational menu.

Note: Custom packages are not available for the DocOne Default product.

From the PACKAGE MANAGEMENT main page, hover over the desired base package to copy and select the copy icon.

  1. To search for a specific package, enter a search term in the Text Search field; to search for packages by available product, select the desired Product from the corresponding dropdown.
  2. Click SEARCH. The search results display all base WKFS Packages assigned to the user's organization.
    Note: Click the side arrow to display the documents that exist in the package.
  3. To create a custom package, hover over the desired base package and click the copy icon. Click YES to confirm the create custom packages action.
  4. Complete all required fields.
  5. From the DOCUMENTS section, select one of the following from the Document Status dropdown:
    • All Documents: displays all documents
    • Documents in Package: displays only those documents that exist in the current package. These documents are marked as TRUE in the search results.
    • Documents not in Package: displays all documents that do not exist in the current package. These documents are marked as FALSE in the search results.
  6. From the search results, hover over the desired document and click the ADD button. To confirm the addition of this document, click YES from the Are you sure? prompt.
    Note:
    • These tags are based upon the tags associated with the original base package and cannot be modified.
    • To remove a document, hover over the desired document and click the X button. To confirm the removal of this document, click YES from the Are you sure? prompt.
  7. Click SAVE.
