This section describes the TSoftPlus roles and their corresponding roles and permissions.

| Basic Access for TSoftPlus™ | Allows you to log into TSoftPlus™; select specific permissions for additional functionality. Basic Access TSoftPlus™ must be assigned to every user. |
| ETran Submission | Allows you to submit a loan application electronically from TSoftPlus™ and receive an immediate response from SBA. |
| Financial Analysis - Open Import | Allows you to upload a Financial Analysis spreadsheet that has already had financial work either partially or wholly completed. Allows you to open or create a new Financial Analysis. |
| Import FormMaster+ | Allows you to import existing TSoft Form Master loan information into TSoftPlus. You must have the Loan - Create, View, Modify permission selected. |
| Loan - Change Type or Organization | Allows you to change a jurisdiction, organization, or loan type. You must have the Loan - Create, View, Modify permission selected. |
| Loan - Copy | Allows you to copy a loan. You must have the Loan - Create, View, Modify permission selected. |
| Loan - Create, View, Modify | Allows you to create, view, or modify loans in TSoftPlus™. |
| Loan - Import XML | Allows you to import transaction information (including ETran results and SBA number if applicable) that you received from another user of TSoftPlus™. |
| Loan - Remove | Allows you to remove a loan. |
| Loan Authorization - Open, Remove | Allows you to open the Loan Authorization Wizard in Word 2007 or 2010 and delete the Loan Authorization |
| Manage Administration for TSoftPlus™ | Allows the user to edit product-specific data within Administration, such as policies, organizations, contacts, and so on. |
| Quick Quote - Create, View, Modify | Allows you to create, view, or modify a quote on the Quick Quote page. You must have the Loan - Create, View, Modify permission selected. |
| Quick Quote - Remove | Allows you to remove a quote from the Quick Quote screen. |
| Credit Memo Open | Allows you to open and edit the Credit Memo. |
| Remove PDF(s) | Allows you to remove any .PDF files that have been uploaded to the loan. |
| System Setup | Allows TSoftPlus users to upload a content file. |
| Upload PDF(s) | Allows you to upload additional .PDF files to the loan. |
