The INTEREST RATE INDEXES page allows you to set up and maintain interest rate indexes for your mortgage transactions. Select the desired account from the main page and select INTEREST RATE INDEXES in the top navigational menu. The Historical Rates section allows you to view the month and the rates for a selected month for the last 16 years.
The Current Rate, today’s current index rate, is used to default into the variable rate policies or directly into a variable rate transaction based on the selected index.
