Interface Manager Roles and Permissions

This section describes the roles and permissions available for Interface Manager Account Administrators.

Basic Access for Interface Manager

What it does: Allows you to perform the following from the Interface Manager application:

Access the Administration application
Create a copy of the account
Add and remove users within an account
Use the Interface Manager application

Basic Access for Interface Manager

Permissions: Basic Access for Interface Manager

What it does: Allows you to access the Interface Manager application to view available interfaces and go to pending sessions.

Edit Interfaces in Interface Manager

Permissions: Manage Interfaces

What it does: Allows you to perform the following from the Interface Manager application:

Edit available interfaces associated to an account
View history for all interfaces
Access and use all interfaces

Available Interface Manager permissions

This section defines the available permissions that are available for the Interface Manager product; while not assigned to a specific role, you can add these permissions to existing roles or create custom roles.

Permission	Functions
Manage Administration for Interface Manager	Allows you to edit available interfaces associated to an account in Interface Manager, view history for all interfaces or individual interfaces, work in all available interfaces.
Basic Access for Interface Manager	Allows you to access to Interface Manager to view available interfaces and go to pending sessions; you can also work in all available interfaces
Manage Interfaces	Allows you to edit available interfaces associated to an account in Interface Manager, view history for all interfaces or individual interfaces, work in all available interfaces.
