Default Contacts available to add

In Administration, you can select a default contact for your organization on the CONTACTS page. To select a contact form a dropdown, you must first create the contact and the share the contact with the organization.

The Reporting Contact type is available for DocOne users. Create a reporting contact type that appears in the Default Contact section within an existing organization. In order to select a default contact in an organization, the following must be true:

  • Orgnization must already be saved and existing
  • Contact must be already saved and shared with an existing organization with the corresponding contact type
  • You must edit an existing organization and in the DEFAULT CONTACT section select an existing, shared contact

Note: The different default contact dropdowns will not appear in an organization until a contact has been created for the corresponding type.
Contact Type Description
REPORTING CONTACT The REPORTING CONTACT is used as the mailing return address for print fulfillment; users must assign the contact back to the specified organization through the SHARE WITH ORGS option.
