Right-click on the element and select Add Attribute > TagType from the shortcut menu. The TagType attribute can be authored on the following elements: Para, FragmentedPara, Phrase, InlineGraphic, ExternalGraphic, TransactionGraphic and ImageReference. Possible values includes Auto, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6.
The TagType attribute is added. There is no default value. 
Double-click the NO VALUE and select from the dropdown list of choices.
