Track Messages

To track the status of a sent message:

  1. Click Sent Items or Archived Items on the navigation menu and select the message you want to track.
    Note: Only one message can be tracked at a time.
  2. Click the Track button. A new window is displayed providing the tracking information for the selected package.

    The tracking detail includes the recipient(s), package component, status and notification date. The status may display as:
    • Waiting
    • Received
    • Deleted
    • Archived
    • Purged
    • Recalled
    • Received/Recalled (This is when the sender has recalled the message but at least one recipient has viewed the package.)
