SDX May 2016 Updates

The following updates have been made to Secure Document Exchange for the May 2016 release:

External QuickSkin Release Notes

Audit Log

We have updated the audit log to ensure that the SmartConsent text is included within the audit log that is inserted into the PDF when using the PDF Audit Log functionality. This functionality is useful for providing evidence of the transaction, particularly in case of an audit. This text is available in the PDF and the XML Status Push.

Verbiage Change

We have updated SDX to use the American English spelling for the word Organization, in place of the UK English spelling.

getPackageAttachment Enhancement

The getPackageAttachment web service call has been enhanced so that Compliance Officers may get package attachments from received messages for any users within their skin, providing the ability to store a copy of the final disclosure received by the borrower (along with the Date Issued information) into the source of record for compliance and regulatory reasons.

XML Status Push Enhancement

The getPackageAttachment web service call has also been enhanced for customers using the XML Status Push. Compliance Officers may now get package attachments, including attachment name and number, from received messages for any users within their skin, providing the ability to store a copy of the final disclosure received by the borrower (along with the Date Issued information) into the source of record for compliance and regulatory reasons.

TRID Issued Date Changes

We have enhanced SDX's sendPackageTRID Web Service functionality to, if configured, inject the Date Issued onto a Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure that is submitted into SDX. For Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures within an SDX package that expire to paper, the Date Issued is the date the package expired to paper. For Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures within an SDX package that are viewed online, the Date Issued is the date the package was submitted into SDX.

Package Tracking by Loan Number Changes

To reduce the amount of time it takes to return search results, we have removed the ability to use a wildcard when tracking a package using a loan number. Also, we implemented additional behind the scenes changes to improve search results return time when tracking by loan number when a complete loan number is used.

Drafts Bug Fix

We have fixed a bug where when modifying the Loan Number of a previously saved draft SDX package in the Web UI, the SDX package could not be tracked in the Administration Site using the Loan Number after it had been submitted into SDX.
