The SDX application has a status notification feature that can “push” a real-time status message to a website, using a Status URL, automatically updating the origination system whenever a package status changes. A Call-Back URL is enabled for each customer site using push status notifications. The actual Callback URL is defined on a per user account basis and is configured in the SDX Administration, with the exception of SmartConsent Status Pushes, as they are done on a per skin basis.
