Working with SDX

The SDX-Onsite Service is designed to work exclusively in tandem with one or more SDX central systems through the SDX Web Services interface. It is possible to define the SDX system at run-time and the system chosen can vary from message to message.

Choosing your system

SDX-Onsite allows you to choose which system you wish to communicate with at run-time. This is done either by selecting an option from within the user interface or by supplying a web services URL with each message being sent.

SDX Authorization

SDX-Onsite requires you to authorize yourself with the SDX system you wish to communicate with for each and every message. This is done either by selecting an option from within the user interface or by supplying a username/password with each message being sent.

Defining your recipients

SDX-Onsite allows you to define your recipients either at run-time or for each and every message. This is done either by selecting an option from within the user interface or by supplying a list of recipients with each message being sent.

Managing your packages

SDX-Onsite allows you to add more than one package (or attachment) to each message. In addition SDX-Onsite tracks the status of all messages sent and can report this back to your system either through the user interface or via file output.
