This topic explains how to register the license for the Oxygen XML WebHelp plugin
for the DITA Open Toolkit.
To register the license for the Oxygen XML WebHelp plugin for the DITA Open
Toolkit, follow these steps:

Open the [OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR]/frameworks/dita/DIT-OT/plugins/com.oxygenxml.webhelp directory and create
a file called licensekey.txt.

In this file, copy your license key that you purchased for your Oxygen XML WebHelp
plugin.
The WebHelp transformation process reads the Oxygen XML Editor license key from
this file. In case the file does not exit, or it contains an invalid license, an error
message will be displayed.
