The editing area can be divided vertically and horizontally by using the following actions
that are available in the Editor toolbar and
Window menu:
Split
Editor Horizontally- The currently edited file is displayed in two side-by-side editors. Useful when working with documents that require frequent scrolling between two area of interest.
Split
Editor Vertically- The currently edited file is displayed in two stacked editors. Useful when working with documents that require frequent scrolling between two area of interest.
Unsplit
Editor- Reverts the split editing mode to the usual, single editor, mode.
