Oxygen XML Editor includes an option to automatically check the spelling as you type.
This feature is disabled by default, but can be enabled and configured in the
Spell
Check preferences page. When the option is enabled, unknown words are
highlighted and they offer a contextual menu that includes the following actions:
- Delete Repeated Word
- Allows you to delete repeated words.
- Learn Word
- Allows you to add the current unknown word to the persistent dictionary.
- Spell check options
- Opens the Spell Check preferences page.
Also, a list of words suggested by the spell checking engine as possible replacements of
the unknown word is offered in the contextual menu.
