The contextual menu of a 
Connection node in the tree from the Data
Source Explorer view contains the following actions:
Refresh- Performs a refresh for the sub-tree of the selected node.
- Disconnect
- Closes the current database connection. If a table is already open, you are warned to close it before proceeding.
Configure
Database Sources- Opens the Data Sources preferences page where you can configure both data sources and connections.
