Edit Account Details
The Account Details popup allows you to modify the Account Type, Charter, Insurer Type, and Jurisdictions for the selected account.
Note: The Account Type, Charter, and Insurer Type fields have a Not Specified option
available for selection. Selecting this option for any Deposit Lines of Business will
affect what you will be able to enter within your Policies. As a result, it is highly
recommended that you enter an actual value for the Deposit Line of Business.
Use the checkboxes to indicate the jurisdictions in which the account does business in. Click Select All to select all jurisdictions or Clear All to clear all currently selected jurisdictions.
Click Save to save your changes and return to the Organizations page. Or click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the Organizations page.
Note: When you click Save, the program updates ALL organizations and policies across
all lines of business. This process may take several minutes to complete. You should
avoid editing, opening, or creating new organizations or policies until this process has
completed. Consider notifying other Default Data users and administrators that updates
are being made to the Account Details and that they should avoid making any changes to
organizations or policies until the process has completed.
