- Select Continuation Page, then select the last page, and finally select
OK.

Setting up the Overflow page fields
The entire overflow comes in with red fields.

The continuation field should have the business logic of “Overflow Content” but no
PTR should be written in the field. If a field needs to use the overflow page, it is
specified in the Field Grid tab. In the Field Grid there is a column title Overflow
which is where a particular field may be selected to overflow.

The cells within the Overflow column have the following options:
- Behavior: This is the value that is entered to identify how the
specific field will act when the transaction data does not fit into the
available space. It allows the field to be manipulated in size of text and
determines whether or not it overflows to the overflow page. For the
overflow page there are three options.
- ReduceFontAndContinueOnTheOverflowPage prints as much as it can in the field and then prints the rest on the continuation.
- ContinueOnOverflowPage continues the rest of the text on the overflow.
- PrintEntireContentOnTheOverflowPage prints nothing in the field and sends all content to the overflow.

- Forwarding Message: This is the value that is entered to identify the text to print on the forms when there is overflow. Example: “See Attached”, "See continuation page".
- Page: This is the value used to identify where the overflow page
information will be placed.

- Overflow Description: This is the value placed on top of the Continuation Page field, if needed. This is not the title of the page but rather the title for the overflow element.
After at least one field has been set to overflow, scroll to the bottom of the field
grid to view the continuation field for the overflow page. In the overflow column
for the continuation field, select the Target checkbox to set that as the
field to which the others overflow.

Save the file to save all changes.
