The Options Dialog
All global default settings are maintained in the Options dialog. You have already used this dialog box when you needed to change options while you were learning to create your forms. The Options dialog box has five tabs:

| Workspace | General application options. |
| Colors | Display colors for grids, margins, data fields, and circle fields. |
| New Form Defaults | Default settings for new forms. |
| Authentication | Global passwords. |
| Directories | Default directory paths. |
To open the Options dialog
1. Open the Tools menu.
2. Select Options to open the Options dialog. The Workspace tab will be on top.
Once you have opened the dialog box, you may change settings on any tab. To switch tabs,
just click on the tab. When you finish, click 
to save the changes you made and
close the dialog box.
