Undo and Redo
Any object-related action you perform in the form display pane or property pane can be undone with the Undo command. This includes drawing, moving, cutting and pasting, changing property values, deleting objects, entering text, and other actions you perform on selected objects. Any undone action can be redone with the Redo command.
Undoing and redoing actions
The Undo and Redo commands can be executed from the command tool bar, the menu, or the keyboard. If you want to undo all actions up to a particular point, you can access a list of actions from the tool bar.
To undo and redo an action through the command tool bar-
Click
to undo the last action. -
Click
to redo the last undone action.
Note:
If a button is grayed out, there are no actions to be executed.
To undo and redo actions with the keyboard-
Press
+
to undo the last action in the
list. -
Press
+
to redo the last undone action in
the list.
1. Open the Edit menu.
2. Click the command you want:

| Undo | Undoes your last action. |
| Redo | Redoes the last action you undid. |
3. The menu will close and the most recent action in the list will be undone or redone.
Note:
If a command is grayed out, there are no actions to be executed.
To undo or redo all actions to a specific point1. Click
next to the undo or redo tool to display a list box containing all the actions
you can undo or redo. They are listed with the last action first:

2. Select the last action you want to undo or redo from the list box. That action and all of the actions before it will be undone or redone, and the list box will automatically close.
Setting the number of undo and redo steps
I-32 Forms Design 6 will keep an undo list and corresponding redo list of the number of actions you specify. The default is 20, which means that you can undo and redo your last 20 actions. You can increase or decrease this number, depending on your preference.
To set the number of undo/redo steps1. Open the Tools menu and select Options to display the Options dialog:
