The Context Menu

Many actions on your objects are performed through the context menu. This menu is initiated with your right mouse button and is sometimes called the shortcut menu or popup menu. It contains commands that are specific to a selected object or control on your screen. We will use the context menu to copy your rectangle again.

1. On the Draw toolbar, click the Arrow button ( ).
2. Click the right mouse button on the new rectangle. The rectangle is selected and a context menu appears:
3. Click Copy from the context menu.
4. Right-click to again display the context menu. This time, click Paste. The outline of a new rectangle appears.
5. Position the third rectangle just to the right of the second rectangle and click the mouse to place it on the page.
6. Click outside the box to remove the selection box.
