Deleting Words from a Dictionary

Words you no longer want to include in a user dictionary can be easily deleted through the Dictionaries dialog.

To delete words from a dictionary

1. Select Options from the Tools menu to display the Options dialog.

2. Click on the Workspace tab. The Dictionaries dialog will appear.

3. Open the Files list and select the dictionary that contains the word or words you want to delete.

4. For each word you want to delete, do the following:

• Highlight the word in the list.

• Click . The word will be removed from the dictionary.

5. Click to exit from the Dictionaries dialog. You will return to the Options dialog.

6. Click to close the Options dialog.
