Changing the Font Set

Font sets are page specific. Generally, you will select your font set when you define your page properties. If you find you need to use a different font set after you start de­signing a page, you may change it. However, if the fonts you have used on that page do not exist in the new font set, you will need to change them to ones that are available.

Note:

If your company does not use any special I-32 font sets, only TrueType will be avail­able and this section does not apply to you.

To change the font set

1. Click on the FormView tab and select the page in the tree.

2. Click on the Font Set value field on the Page property page. A will appear in the field.

3. Click to display the drop-down list.

4. Choose the font set you want from the drop-down list. If there are fonts in your form that are not in the new set, a warning message will appear:

5. Click to clear the message. The Convert Font dialog box containing a sug­gested con­version will be displayed for each “missing” font:

6. If you do not want to accept the suggested conversion, do the fol­low­ing:

  • Select the Typeface from the drop-down list.

  • If the font is a TrueType font, enter the Size. If it is not, select the size from the drop-down list.

  • Select the Style as follows:

Regular Both Bold and Italic unchecked.
Bold Bold checked.
Italic Italic checked.
Bold Italic Both Bold and Italic checked.

7. To apply your settings to all fonts in the document that are not available in your font set, check Apply to all occurrences. If you check this option, you will not be prompted for any more missing fonts.
