Aligning Several Objects At Once
You may select several objects and align them to the page at the same time with either the tool bar or the context menu. This is a fast way to align your left-most objects to the left margin, topmost objects to the top margin, etc.
To align several objects at once with the tool bar
1. Select the group of objects.
2. Make sure the
button on the tool bar is clicked (pushed in). When it is
clicked, individual positioning is enabled.
3. Use the tool bar buttons to select the position you want:

| To center the objects between the left and right margins. | |
| To align the objects with the right margin. | |
| To align the objects with the top margin. | |
| To center the objects between the top and bottom margins. | |
| To align the objects with the bottom margin. |
To align several objects at once using the context menu
1. Select the group of objects.
2. Right-click anywhere in the selection box to display the context menu.
3. Select Position On Page from the menu. A submenu will appear.
4. Select Move Objects Individually if it is not already checked. This will enable individual positioning.
5. Right-click to display the context menu again and select the position you want for your objects from the Position On Page submenu:

| Top | To align the objects with the top margin. |
| Middle | To center the objects between the top and bottom margins. |
