Signature Fields
Signature fields are special data fields for electronically captured signatures. Special hardware and software are needed in the end-user environment to capture the signatures. Since they are data fields, signature fields require a data ID and description to identify the field. Signature field attributes include size, color, and type, which may have a value of either “Signature” or “initials.”
To add signature fields, data fields must be activated. If the
button is
not pushed in on the Activate tool bar, click on it to activate data fields.
