Selecting Objects

Before you can perform an operation on an object, you have to select the object you want to work on. When you select an object, its property pages appear in the property pane. A selected line is displayed as a dotted line, with a sizing handle on each end:

All other objects are enclosed in a selection box and surrounded by green sizing handles when they are selected:

You can select both individual objects and groups of objects on the form page. You can also select data field objects from the DataView tree. A Select All com­mand lets you select all active objects on the page.
