Positioning Objects as a Group
You can also position a group of objects as an intact group. When you position objects as a group, they maintain their spacing relative to each other. The position is based on the edges of your selection box. Group positioning is useful whenever you need to align a group of objects to the page but want to keep them in the same relative position (e.g., centering a table).
To position an object group with the tool bar
1. Select the group of objects:

2. Make sure that the
button on the tool bar is NOT clicked (not pushed in). When
it is not clicked, group positioning is enabled.
3. Use the tool bar buttons to select the position you want for the group:

To position an object group with the context menu
1. Select the group of objects.
2. Right-click anywhere in the selection box to display the context menu.
3. Select Position On Page from the menu. A submenu will appear.
4. On the submenu, deselect Move objects individually. This will enable group positioning.
5. Right-click to display the context menu again and select the position you want for your object group from the Position On Page submenu:
