Moving Objects
You can move objects individually or move them as a group after enclosing them in a selection box. You can use either your mouse or the keyboard to move them.
To move an object with your mouse
1. Click on the object you want to move and hold your left mouse button down. When you
start to move the object, the pointer will change to a

2. Keeping the left mouse button pressed, drag the mouse to the place where you want to move the object. An outline of the object will appear on the screen as you move it:

3. When the outline is positioned where you want to move the object, release the mouse button. Your object will be positioned in the location where you dropped the outline.
To move groups of objects
1. Select your object group.
2. Click anywhere in the selection box and hold your left mouse button down.
3. Keeping your mouse button pressed, start dragging the group to its new location. The
pointer will change to
and an outline of the selection box will appear on the
page.
4. When the outline is positioned where you want it, release the mouse button.
To move objects with your keyboard
1. Select the object or group of objects you want to move.
2. Press
and hold it down.
3. With

to move the object or object group in the
direction you want to go. For continuous movement, hold the arrow key down.
