Changing the DataView Tree Display
You may choose the way that data fields are arranged in the DataView tree. Depending on the type of work you are doing, you may want to display the fields in the tree by data ID, by field description, or grouped by page.
To change the DataView tree display
1. Display the DataView tree.
2. Right-click on the form name at the top of the tree to display the context menu:
3. Select one of the following from the context menu:
| Option | Description |
| Sort by Data ID | Displays the fields in numerical order based on data ID number. |
| Sort by Description | Displays the fields in alphabetical order by field description. |
| Sort by Page | Displays the fields grouped by page in tab index order. Data fields and inline fields will be grouped separately. |
