Changing Options during a Spell Check

During a spell check, you may find that you need to change your spell checking options be­cause you need to ignore certain frequently occurring types of words or be­cause some mis­spellings are not being caught.

To change spell checking options while using the spell checker

1. Select from the Check Spelling dialog to display the spell checker Options dialog.

2. You can do any of the following:

• Change the options you want to apply to your spell check..

• Change the Main Dictionary language.

• Change the suggestion level in the Suggestions option group.

3. After you make your changes, click to close the spell checker Options dialog and return to the Check Spelling dialog.
