Cutting, Copying, and Pasting Objects
You can duplicate objects or move them to other locations in your form by placing them on the clipboard. To move an object, you cut it from its original location and paste it into its new location. To duplicate an object, you copy it to the clipboard and paste the copy into your form. Once an object is copied to the clipboard, it remains there until something else takes its place.
To cut an object or a group of objects
1. Select the object or group of objects.
2. To cut the object(s), do one of the following:

Right-click on the object or object group and select Cut from the context menu.

Select Cut from the Edit menu.

on the command tool bar. -

on the keyboard. -
Press

on the keyboard.
To copy an object or a group of objects
1. Select the object or group of objects.
2. To copy the object(s), do one of the following:

Right-click on the objects or object group and select Copy from the context menu.

Select Copy from the Edit menu.

on the command tool bar. -
Press

on the keyboard.
To paste objects from the clipboard
1. To paste an object or object group you cut or copied into your form, do one of the following:

Right-click anywhere on the form page and select Paste from the context menu.

Select Paste from the Edit menu.

on the command tool bar. -
Press

on the keyboard. -
Press

on the keyboard.
2. Your pointer will change to
and a blue outline of your object or object group will
appear on the form.
3. Drag the outline to the place you want to paste your object(s):

4. When the outline is in the location you want, click your mouse and your object(s) will be placed on the form page.
Note:
Once you have placed an object on the clipboard, you can paste it in as many times as you want until you cut or copy something else.
To delete objects without placing them on the clipboard
1. Select the object or group of objects.
2. To delete the object(s), do one of the following:

Right-click on the object or object group and select Delete from the context menu.
