Arrayed Signature Fields

Arrayed signature fields are of particular use on multi-applicant forms. In the example in Using Arrayed Tables for Multiple Applicants, we could use a signature field array to store the borrower signatures:

The signature fields would be given the same indexes as the corresponding borrower name fields.

To define fields for a signature array

1. Create your signature fields and position them on the form.

2. Select all the signature fields and display the Field property page.

3. Enter the data ID and description for the fields.

4. Click on the Data ID label to expose the Data Dimension property.

5. Click the in the Data Dimension value field once to enter a 1 and the Data Index 1 field will appear:

6. For each signature field in the set, do the following:

• Click on the field on the form.

• Enter the index in the Data Index 1 field. The indexes should correspond to the indexes for the borrower name fields:

The above example shows the index entered for the last borrower in our list.
