I've recently stumbled upon the following use case when reusing content and deleting elements that are used (via xref) in another (destination) topic.
Use Case
I created a change log entry in c11569056.
I’m reusing the <ul/> and <p/> elements in c11571393.
If I try to delete an element in the source concept (c1159056) (for example, the second <p/> element), I receive the following error:
