Adding a Signer

You can easily associate a party as a guarantor signer for a transaction.

To add a signer to a transaction:

  1. Within the desired transaction, navigate to the Parties Screen and click the Signers button.
    The Signers dialog is displayed.

  2. Hover over the name of the Guarantor to display the ADD SIGNER link.
  3. Click ADD SIGNER.
    The guarantor is associated as the signer and an option to make the party the Authorized Signer is displayed.

  4. Optionally, select the Authorized Signer option to signify the signer is authorized.
  5. Click SAVE.
    The party is configured as the signer and you are returned to the Parties screen.
