Fee Summary Table

Displays a list of Fees based on the selected Phase.

If the Application Phase is selected, then, the fees that will print on Loan Estimate will appear. If the Closing Phase is selected, then fees that will print on Closing Disclosure will be displayed.

Status column will include following options:

Following statuses are only available at Closing Phase:

Fees that are added by Escrow or PMI cannot be deleted.

Fees that are added at Application Phase cannot be deleted. Instead, the Fee is not applied at Closing option can be checked on the Fee Detail menu.

For the fees that are added manually and not created by either PMI or Escrow, the APR option can be checked/unchecked right on the table itself.
