If the Fee was initially added during the Application Phase, then, when transaction is moved into Closing Phase and you move to the Fee Detail page, the fee is presented with the two-sided view.
Left side shows all the values that will go on Closing Disclosure, where right-side shows the Fee Name, Section and Amount from Loan Estimate. If Section or Amount is changed on closing, the word “changed” is displayed.
Only the sections that are applicable to Loan Estimate will be available for the selection during Application Phase and only the sections that are applicable to Closing Disclosure will be available at Closing Phase.
If the Fee was added during Application and it needs to be removed during the Closing Phase, you can select the Fee is not applied at Closing option. That fee will no longer print on Closing Disclosure but will still appear on Loan Estimate.
