The Parties page allows you to select the Plan Type and add individuals for a transaction.
The following table describes some of the features of the Parties page.

| Allows you to assign a primary party as the Account Holder. | |
| Allows you to select a primary or contingent beneficiary to be associated with the transaction. | |
| Account Holder | Displays the party associated as the primary account holder. You can remove this party
by hovering over the party entry and clicking the Delete button.![]() |
| Additional Account Parties | Displays any additional parties associated with the account. Multiple additional
parties are permissible.![]() Each entry allows you to select the Beneficiary Type and Relationship of the party to the account holder. You can remove this party by hovering over the party entry and clicking the Delete button. |
| Allows you to add one or more borrowers to the transaction. | |
| Allows you to add one or more guarantors to the transaction. | |
| Borrower Section | Displays all borrowers associated with the transaction. |
| Guarantor Section | Displays all guarantors associated with the transaction. |
| Authorization Section |
The Authorization section on the Add Entity Page allows you to grant the signer(s) specific powers for fulfilling purposes of the authorization. The Successor Trustee section on the Entity Page allows if you are unable or unwilling to serve as Trustee, then parties added in this section may serve as a successor trustee and will become the Trustee. |
