Florida Documentary Stamp Tax

The option to select a Florida Documentary Stamp Tax is visible only if the Organization’s jurisdiction is in Florida, or a transaction has real estate collateral in Florida.

The default is Not Applicable, and can be changed to Paid on the Mortgage Securing the Note, Not Required to be Paid on the Note, or Amount has been Paid to Department of Revenue.
