How do I include Reg O language on the Promissory Note?

1.      When entering information on the Party tab, choose Insider in the Insider section.

2.      Choose Executive Officer from the drop-down list that appears. This is the only option that adds language to the Loan to Officer section on the Promissory Note.

3.      In Document Preparation, review the Compliance Report for compliance about loans to insiders.

4.      Prepare and print the Promissory Note.

Notes

n       Reg O language is added to the Other Terms section of the Promissory Note.

n       If a separate Reg O Addendum is needed, click the Add Document button in Document Preparation and add the document.
