How can I select a different printer?

ComplianceOne automatically uses the Windows default printer. To change the printer from the Windows default, follow the steps below.

1.      Open the lending or deposit function of ComplianceOne.

2.      Click the Miscellaneous Documents button the Main menu.

3.      Select Printer Selection on the Main menu.

4.      Select the appropriate printer from the list of printers that displays.

5.      Verify the newly selected printer is displayed in the blue title bar at the top of the window. The newly selected printer will now print documents when you click the Print button.
