- Credit Report Reissue Corrections
Resolved an
issue that could prevent users from requesting a
credit report reissue on the Factual Data Consumer
interface in ComplianceOne Mortgage. In certain
situations, the required Credit Reference
Number field was not displayed when selecting
Reissue Existing Credit Report, preventing
users from entering the reference number needed to
request a reissued report. In some cases, the
application displayed an incorrect read-only field
instead of the expected input field. This
update restores the expected reissue workflow and
improves the reliability of credit report
processing. Users can now enter a valid credit
reference number and successfully reissue credit
reports for borrowers with prior credit
activity.
- Credit Report Authentication Error
Correction
Resolved an issue affecting credit
report requests submitted through the Factual Data
Consumer interface. In certain situations, users
could receive the error message "REQUEST ERROR:
Authentication failed: Invalid Credentials"
even when valid credentials were configured and in
use. This update corrects the authentication
issue and restores the expected credit report
request process, reducing unnecessary errors and
improving the reliability of credit report
retrieval.
- Oklahoma Mortgage Transactions
Resolved an
issue affecting Oklahoma transactions that include
the City/County Tax Stamps – Mortgage or
State Tax Stamps – Mortgage fee types. Due
to this issue, users could open and access the
Transactions page; however, the tax stamp
fee records were not displayed in the Fee
Details as expected, even when those fee types
were present in the transaction data. All other
transaction information continued to display
correctly. This update restores access and ensures
Oklahoma mortgage transactions can be opened and
processed correctly.
